dakotawitch: Examiner Article on Ostara Events in Dallas

Blessings!

I'm the new Dallas Alternative Spirituality Examiner at examiner.com, and my first article is live! It discusses a few Ostara events in the Dallas area, and can be found here

In the spirit of full disclosure, I do get paid for my work at Examiner, so if it's not OK to post links here, the mods just need to let me know.

The first S.A. Pagan Pride Day planning meeting went exceptionally well. It was funny to see all the pagans with planners or Blackberries, coordinating dates. We have a theme, "Spirituality Through Diversity," and the site is already paid for. Two big details which leave us clear to build the rest around.

ke5egi: Good morning

Good morning one and all.

I just joined this community and am still new to Wicca and such but I was wondering if anyone here could tell me if there is a group/coven in the Central Texas area. Mainly in or around the Waco area.

I'd like to know more about Wicca and I've been reading a lot, both online and books, but would very much like to be able to speak to someone on a one-on-one sitting to ask, and learn, etc.

Thank you all for any help you may be able to give.

knighthorse: Austin Pagan Pride Day

Join us out at Zilker Park in Austin, Texas this Saturday (October 10th) from 9am-6:30pm for Austin Pagan Pride Day. There will be food, music, vendors, rituals and more!

The Austin Pagan Pride Project fosters pride in identity by hosting public Pagan rituals to honor the Autumn Equinox and holding charity drives. Pagans, Wiccans, Witches, Druids, Asatru, Mages and other members of earth-based, neoclassical, or magickal spiritual paths gather to support charity and educate the public about Pagan religions.
